Not sure if this has been covered before - probably I would guess.Is it possible to mount an after market seat to the standard Peugeot seat base? My main concern is that this will make the whole thing sit too high. I would be quite happy to make up and weld any brackets myself, but am unsure if this is worth pursuing at all. It may well be a foolish idea! Thoughts welcome... Thanks |

You can but you will be sitting far too high. I made custom subframes for my RX8 seats and they were a piece of p**s to make! |

Fair enough. I suspected it would be too easy!Do you have any pictures of your subframes at all? Its not something Ive done before, and I don't really want to mess up something as fundamental as where I'll be bolted to the car... |
