No way will they ever build that, Donington spent a fraction of that improving their track and no-one gave a s**t.

Shame because it'd be awesome to have a new track to try, but if you're not hosting Formula 1 then there's no money in it. Sad but true.

Not necessarily. Loads of the circuits make a huge loss from F1, its just the 'privilege' of having it that keeps it going. The costs are ridiculous, think Melbourne pays Bernie $40m followed by $20m set up costs so before it even begins its got to make $60m to break even, and the other venues will be similar.

I think another proper circuit, as opposed to an old airfield would be brilliant, somewhere like Oulton or Cadwell with blind crests, uphills, downhills etc is whats needed, not another flat featureless circuit.

Whether it will go ahead is debatable, but its nice to see someone trying.
