Hi people

Just picked up a Diablo Phase 1 Gti6 with only 51k on the clock. Car has been stood for 9 years on gravel drive under a lean too. Car was sorted off the road in 2004 .

Obviously there is no mot or tax and at the moment the history is being looked for. The interior is absolutly brand spanking new as to be expected.

It will however need the following.

Cam belt kit and water pump
Discs and pads all round
Service inc brake fluid, air filter, plugs etc
Coolant changing

I have put some different wheels on her as the originals are perished
Wheels have yokohama advan neova ad08 tyres all round that are worth a fair bit.

It has a patch of laqure peel on the rear hatch as in the pics but that's about it. I'm happy to do all work needed to get it back on the road inc mot and tax for the right price (more than I'm asking for above)

The car does run as I got it started no problem (code is present). It could be a very nice low mile phase 1 for the right person.

Price above is to take it away as is

Contact me if interested

Cheers

Chris

Putting the wheels on it and going to get it which involved trailer van fuel etc plus I'd like a few pennies for the effort

Tyres are worth more than the extra ?

good point, however I doubt many will pay that much for a car without even an MOT fail sheet, just check the lights and bung it in for one Thumbs up

I wouldn't eve drive it to the mot station I reckon it's on it's original cam belt dude ? I'm happy to do everything to get it up to a road worthy state if someone is willing to pay a reasonable price ?

So for those looking, what the revised amount including a new cambelt kit and mot?

Cam belt kit £90
Waterpump £40
Discs and pads all round £100
Service bits and fluids inc brake £60
Mot £45
Tax £123

So say £800 + £500 = £1300 that includes a small fee for me to do te work and cover any other bits that might need doing

Does that sound reasonable ?

Sounds very reasonable and a much better proposition for a prospective buyer Thumbs up

I've got the small matter of a 206 gti 180 stopping me at the moment!!LOL However if I was to do anything i'd take it as it is. Nice resto project that would be.

Owner bought a lotus Elise - usuall story was going to do something with her but just never got round to it. Engine and box are perfect just needs some love and effort to bring it back to former glory Yes

I can't get over how good the seats are Love
