Don't like the look of it. The overly complex shape of the lights and the pretentious way they stretch halfway up the bonnet is annoying. And that stupid grille looks stuck on by someone who got the idea by drawing it on a beer mat. Mind you I feel the same about the Fiesta ST (though the grille isn't as stupid but the lights are equally w**ky) which allegedly is a great drive and better than the 208 GTI. 306 is a much better looking car IMO. ________________________________________ Cherry Rallye SOLD |

Not much in the way of track time. ST was 7 tenths quicker. But slower in a straight line. The Clio still handles better than both of them but lack of manual gear box makes me hate it. Also the pug engine has major tuning potential where as the Clio's turbo is pretty much at its max in standard form. The ST is also pretty tunable but again not as much so as the pug. ________________________________________ Team Nile 6Team: 40.2 MPG 5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™ I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness |

^^^ that's because there's a lot of weight in the back at the mo. Has anyone heard about the the "R" series engines that peugeot are going to be pumping out. 270 ish brake starting by putting it in the RCZ. In a couple of years there releasing a 208 GTi R now that will be mental, the GTi's pretty nippy as it is but with an extra 70bhp mmmm |
