Peugeot 205 GTI Sorrento Green. Phase 2, J 1992.

Originally a 1.9 model car, so it has half leather seats, disc rear brakes etc. Recently the car has had an XU10J4RS engine installed out of a Citroen Xsara VTS / Peugeot 306 GTI6.

Mot until August 2013. No road tax (currently on sorn). 205 shell has covered 148,000 miles. The Citroen Xsara VTS phase 1 engine which is now installed and has covered 81,169 miles (service history included to prove miles).

The original 1.9 8v engine was removed by me; the gear box was then installed to the VTS engine. Whilst the engine was out, a new Mi16 clutch, cam belt kit and water pump was fitted. Along with conversion specific parts like a re angled exhaust manifold, BBM silicon coolant hose kit in black, unlocked Ecu, wiring loom converted to plug and play into the 205 with new connectors, crimps and sensor loom. All oil pressure, oil temperature and coolant gauges work correctly along with the stock 205 engine management "K light". Other consumables fitted were new fuel hoses with correct size banjo, new throttle and clutch cables, dual electric and mechanical Speedo housing, air conditioning pump removed but PAS retained.

Body work is in good condition for age. No serious rust like allot of 205s of the same era. Paint work is shiny although could do with a more extensive polish (hoping to do that if the sun appears). Interior again is in good order, seats aren't heavily worn, electric windows etc all work including a CD/mp3/Bluetooth stereo.

The wheels were refurbished 18 months ago and still look good. Four new Yokohama tyres fitted last week. All break pipes and hoses were replaced last year along with all brake discs and pads.

Only selling due to getting married in 2 months time and could do with the funds. Thankfully I have a spare 205 GTI to keep me busy.
