what bits do i need to bin the abs pump?

2 T pieces, roll of copper pipe, some pipe fittings and a bias valve if your binning compensator tooThumbs up

so basically just tee each wheel off? Iv'e binned compensators on my last 2 6's and never had an issue
this is a 2001 so doesn't have beam mounted compensator

That suggests there's been something wrong with the rear brakes on your previous cars.

If you don't do something to sort the bias then you'll get 50/50 distribution so you should be able to lock the rears easily under heavy braking, which is quite bad from a safety perspective, especially if removing the ABS.

i see what your saying but my ph2 6 has new rear calipers and i replaced master cylinder too, the brakes are great yet ive never had the rears lock up even in the wet
I may just fit a bias valve on this one though

On a phase 3 you can simulate the effects of this by unplugging the ABS. This will kill the EBD and give you 50/50 distribution.

Take it out for a drive and if you can't feel the difference in brake force distribution or can't get the rears to lock then something is wrong somewhere. Obviously do this carefully though!
