Posting on behalf of a good friend. Regarding a 309 gti fitted with mi16 and jenvey throttle bodies and emerald management. which is having running issues, missfiring etc. Has been to local rolling road for a set up they did what they could but did have a few issues that needed sorting after, air temp sensor, throttle position sensor, and small air leak on inlet gasket. All this has been sorted. However a compression test was done three cylinders were around 170psi ish and one was 210 psi any ideas what this could be down to? Also car is running way to rich and have been told this could be down to fuel temp sensor? Does it have one? Obviously the original map that was done doesn't change as its programmed in so surely can't be that. Thanks in advance

There won't be a fuel temp sensor. If the car was mapped with faulty sensors and air leaks it will never run right, if like you say these faults have been sorted then it needs to be mapped again or at least have the sensors recalibrated, I would imagine the bodies will need re-balancing too. To be honest the mapper should of sent you away and told you to come back with a healthy car!
The compression issue is more worrying! Coukd be Worn bore or rings, bent valve, head gasket etc etc
