Hi mates, as the title says, im looking for a Complete Cylinder Head, with camshafts, valves, pulleys and everything, plus if it comes with cam covers even better, of course in the best condition possible.
Thing is, it needs to be posted to Uruguay, where I live.
I really need this, cause i recently bought one of the only 2 GTI6´s there are in my country, and it has over 150.000 miles. I really love this car, and I want to fully restore it, and since there are only 2 cars in the country, you can imagine how hard it is to find parts for it.
So if someone has a full cylinder head, in good conditions, at a reasonable price, and it´s willing to post it to Uruguay, i´d be more than thankful!!!

Im looking for an other one, to rebuild it, with all new parts, valves, springs, etc... while I keep using the car. I´m planning on rebuilding the whole engine, with new piston, conrods, everything!

are you uprating it all?
other wise there's no real point in spending a lot of money replacing whats already there just for the sake of it,
i did an engine rebuild with pugjim just over a year ago ground up that cost me just over £500 using a second hand crank
old pistons vales etc just renewing shells gaskets seals etc etc,

and where you are I bet you can at least double or even triple that cost!

I want to fully rebuild it brand new, cause im not planning to sell it, lets say, NEVER!
So, since I want to do the whole engine new, I was planning on rasing the compression ratio with new forged pistons. I´ve seen some Wössner pistons, that raise the comp ratio to 12.2:1. (Works fine with 97octanes gas?)
And maybe, 1mm bigger valves like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sinus-Performance-Series-1mm-o-s-Peugeot-306-GTI-6-XU10J4RS-Valve-Set-/330925545576?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4d0cb31868
How much hp will it gain with this? And what else do you think I should upgrade to complement this changes?
I dont want to sacrifice the engines lifes, like a turbo or a supercharger. If had a second car, thats deffinetly the beggining Big grin

you don't need bigger valves, and I would steer clear of wossner.

The other option I have, is IAPEL, it´s a factory in Argentina, they make them on demand, forged pistons and conrods, but I have to open the engine and sens them the piston for them to copy it, and it takes up to 2 months

If your engines still running have someone willing enough to send you some from here
To be copied then you at least have an extra 2 months of running in your car before you start pulling it apart!
