Hi guys,

I've got a 1998 Cherry Red Rallye, no.2 injector has gone down.

Basically I'm after just one of these, any ideas where is best to get a refurbed one or similar?

I sent an email to Mr Injector UK (Steven Biggs) but he needs a part no. unfortunately the car is at home and I won't be back for a week or so, although I could do with getting the injector before then. So... does anybody know what the part no. is for the standard Rallye Bosch Green Top injectors?? Or can it vary?

Any information on this would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jimmy

Hi,

Search for 'mechanical_repairs' on here. His name is Carl, and he is based in Leicester.

He's always got spares of pretty much anything, so try him. He runs a Peugeot Specialist garage in the city centre. Thumbs up

Hi Stan,

I actually know Carl, I don't know why I didn't think of that!

Thanks for the reminder.

No worries, I'm sure he'll have a few spare injectors laying around. Yes

they aren't Bosch, they're Weber.

I can't imagine why mr injector needs a part number, when he shows it on his own website...

http://mrinjectoruk.co.uk/Weber-IW204-fuel-injectors-P2438335.aspx

unusual for one to "go down" I would bell the wiring from relay to injector plug and plug to ecu, and if that is ok have the injectors tested.
