I bought a damaged Ph3 '6 a while back & is almost back on the road but has one problem I've yet to solve.
Damage was to the front right & I got it put on the rig at my local (very good) panel shop where they confirmed the chassis is straight (after a very slight tweak). The subframe doesn't appear to have any damage. I've replaced the track rod + end & balljoint but despite this I now run out of toe adjustment.
Has anyone come across a situation where the hub carrier or lower arm have been bent? They're pretty solid but I'm planning to swap them with those on my Ph2 to make sure that's not the issue.

Any thoughts on the problem would be appreciated.

yes, lower arms can bend easily, also could be a bent bottom of strut, and could also be wrong balljoint, non pas are shorter.
