what would be a reasonable power/torque figure to expect with above but on a standard bottom end

bought an euro efi ecu, have the oppertunity to buy longmans head and cams right now..

its hard for me to picture 200 brake n/a peugeot, everyone that i know who have big power 205's/306's are all turbo,never been in a tuned n/a before
