ive got a set of lower arms with rollers on, now i have lost the washers that go either side of the front bearing,its been a while since i removed them so cant remember what thickness they were. Anyone care to tell me?

Think they are two different sizes.
Cause when I fitted mine I fitted the two thinner ones on the first side I did my accidentRoll eyes
Then on the other side I could not get the two washers in so had to take the first side off and swap a washerWhistle

The washers are thin as I recall, almost like shims really. I'd guess at about 1mm thick max, but as I say it's from memory so don't hold me to it.
