Ep, its the same bore as a gti6/rallye/vts/zx16v. All 406's use 23.8.

Just make sure you got braided lines all round and BLEED THEM PROPERLY! Pedal travel is almost the same as a standard 6 on mine now with 406 brembos (on 330mm rotors) and braided lines. I found with mine they were fine for a while after bleeding but pedal went crap and had to re- bleed. Did the rears at the same time and pedal is lovely now. Master cylinder is the same diameter as the 6 one anyway.

Also have you purchased the brembos yet? If not I have a pair sat around I'd let go cheap as their not an exact pair just different brake lines/ inputs.

Nice one. Just get someone to help you bleed them. The last 2 times I attached a tube to the nipples and submerged the end of said tube in a jar of brake fluid. It makes sure that no air can possibly get into the system but was still locking and un-locking the nipple every time someone pumped the pedal as well if you get me. Still got a lovely pedal now Big grin but that's with all 4 braided lines.

Had to replace both rear callipers at the same time though as the nipples were stuck and snapped. Got 206 gti180 ones off eBay for £20 lol
