Right I've got a single knock from the passenger side on pull away, stopping and slow turning. Had the wheel off today and everything is solid. Wishbones are less than 500 miles old, same with top mounts and drop links are rose jointed and have no play. Today, i loosened every suspension bolt and torqued them all up and they are all perfect but still knocks.

There is no play in the shaft when twisting it but there is this

That isnt the shaft going in and out of the box, its the joint. Shagged right? Reckon this is the cause of my noise?

Cheers

I have had the same problem and have noticed last night that the droplink is shagged. I know you have rose joints but they could still be the culprit. Worth a look.
Mines been relatively quiet until last night where it crunched and came off one of the ball joints.

The drop links have only been on for about 500 miles along with the shocks and top mounts and ti was exactly the same before i swapped all of that so not convinced it is the drop link Sad
