Rite the engine is pretty much fixed now. The only problem I've got is.when the engine is warm it hunts slightly up to 2000 rpm sometimes ajd then down again. Any idea what this could be? I was thinking air leak but can't find anything.

Have just changed it which made it do this rather than die.

Think im going to call ECP and find out what brand their ICV's are that they have for sale, my car dies all the time coming to a stop and dipping the clutch.

Pain the arse, on ECP their ICV is like £90 but on carparts4less (which is basically ECP but delivery) its like £60.....

It's not idleing atall now. But you hold the revs on for about 30 secs. Then it idles and after a while it idles a 3000 rpm.

This is getting confusing.

Disconnecting the lambda would help to rule this out of the equation. Yes

This must be the most common problem with the 6's. I've replaced mine and sometimes stalls, is fine for a few weeks and then starts stalling every now and then. I've replaced nearly every sensor as well Zzz
