I have read a few posts on here about the anti-drain back valve in the cylinder head oil gallery being prone to blocking. Does anyone know if the XU10J2 engine would have this valve?I took the cam cover off my car the other day and found some signs of camshaft wear, just wondering if a partially blocked anti drain valve is likely to be the issue? |

iirc they don't, but they do have a filter in the same location you'd find the valve on the later 16/24v engines________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Nice one, thanks. I will take the head off and have a look and take the filter out if it is still there, hope I find the problem! |
