As above do they need to be added into this engine for circuit racing or is the standard set up ok?

Just putting my engine in tonight and have a baffled sump of my S16 motor so should i fit this or just leave the standard one on ?

Marty.

Is it the standard one or a peugeot sport one?

Advisable to use a steel sump when rallying/rallycrossing as they bend rather than crack

The S16 is a steel home made baffle unit but it worked OK even at Lydden hairpin as that was where my engine went bang and the first thing i checked was the oil pressure gauge.

Will change it over tonight as had not thought about the alloy cracking...
