just noticed yesterday that my rallye has lost about half a pint of coolant...so i checked all the pipes and found that the top hose which meets the stat has been weeping coolant around the sleave......so is it possible to repair as in clean up then put new rubber seal or shall i replace the complete hose, and how much is the new one?...or should i try the spoox silicone one with the alloy sleave.... ________________________________________ french foreverT859HFC now gone T534 KVR now new home |

If it's leaking from the outside of the sleeve then a new seal should sort it, and they're very cheap from Peugeot. If it's leaking from the inside of the sleeve then there's not a lot else you can do other than replace the hose. ________________________________________ Rich |
