Is this the earlier or later type Rich W flywheel as I understand on required a different starter motor?!![]() Thanks Martin |

The original ones were made slightly wrong,so the ring gear was too narrow,so the Gti6 starter was not engaging the ring gear properly and it would chew the ring gear up ![]() A diesel starter has a wider gear so engages the ring gear fully ![]() The latest/revised flywheels work with the standard starter ![]() ________________________________________ Red GTB1756 powered Fabia VRS daily driver,LBSC Gti6 eater........Mac1 ZR R1 kit car build in progress. |
