I have something strange goin on with my car when engine is cold it is fine smells quite feuly out the back not sure if its normal with a decat but once starting to warm up and when warm very often but not all the time I notice the idle will drop to below 500rpm normally when stopping at a junction, but when this happens its the start of play up time from then on the next time I stop it will cut out, starts straight back up Idles but not very strong as if the the stepper motor is only allowing enough air through to keep it idling where it should be and if I rev it it will just cut out start up fine rev again then cut out untill it decides to fix itself. when the car is having a good day if left running on the spot for ages untill hot whatever it coming out the exhaust smells strong and makes your eyes sting and again idles quite weak. All of these things start happening when the engine is up to temp but the strangest thing is on the odd occasion it will play up before its up to temp and when it does il pull away like normal put me foot down and it's almost as if a turbo is strapped to it, it f***ing shifts much more than normal but after turning the engine off and getting back in its back to normal??? This might sound like a load of rubbish but honestly is what it's doing i thought i was just imagining it so I keep getting a friend to get in the car with me just to prove to myself that it has super fast moments lol it's one of them little problems that's bugging the hell out of me.
