To keep or not to keep? This being my third one and just moving home I decided to put her up for sale. Thinking i might like something a bit newer and a bit different to me. At the weekend I drove a clio 182 that I thought I might be interested in, quickly realising that it was certainly no Gti 6. I have a few options with the 6 but no idea what to do!!

At the end of the day buddy, keep her if you enjoy driving her so.

Just bear in mind that a new car will bring new problems that you'll have to learn, Better the devil you know - as they say!

Have you explored every avenue with the 6'? anything you can do to make her more appealing?

This is what have been thinking and is very true what you say!!
Love driving her and to be fair would probably raise her a small amount and would be great to have abit more power but that's when starts getting expensive.
Everything can always be better in my eyes so could carry on but that's half the problem

That's what a lot of people have said which makes me want to get out and about to more meets.
It's been about 7 months now, and fancied a change but after the uninspiring weekend it's made me think differently.

Is that my astor i see parked in front there at last years french car show Whistle
I opted for moving away from the 306 and got myself a Clio 172 what i agree its no GTi6 but it drives alot better, feels alot better on the road and as for handling there isnt alot in it to be honest. My last few 306s have been ran on coilovers and decent tyres but the clio is on 40mm springs and crap tyres at the minute. Soon to change them tho.

Just have a sit down and look at a few cars you like before you make your mind up Thumbs up

Just realised what car this is actually. Can't remember the guys name now but that's been very well cared for and it's had pretty much a full respray. Very nice example keep it Smile
