Surely a 2.2 would be a better bet? not heard great things of the V6 diesel.

nothing major, just bottom end issues and total unavailability of parts, you can't get bearings or rings for them, you have to buy a complete bottom end!

really? thats not good, i would assume that would be mainly on high mileage cars? going to look at a 57 reg today with 74k on the clock. Heard that the cambelt doesnt need changing until 160k or 10 years too, sounds a bit high to me
