May sound silly but are the speakers you put in broken? Check the plug from the parcel shelf to make sure nothings broken. If everythings fine then try the old headunit to see if everything works off that

When you changed the head unit, you must have changed the conector that goes to the head unit, maybe you didnt connect the rear speaker wires. You can try conecting your rear speakers in the front, just to discard the spearkers not working, and check that conector, if its properly installed

Try measuring with a tester if any voltage is getting to the speakers.
