Only gos on in 1 position?

Undo bolt, remove pully, put new pully on, do up bolt

It's a direct replacement for the original, so what you see is what you get.

no worries fordy, just me being thick, its not the bottom crank pulley

remove old units, stick in a vice, remove bolts, clean threads, apply threadlock, refit bolts through new pulleys.
