is it normal to have oil on the lip under the cap on the cam cover would this give any problem as oil passing cap i have got a new 1 coming this week just wunderd as im a little fick lol |

old thread..... sorry to ruin it.noticed mine was doing the same. bought a new rubber seal.....was still leaking .... realised the plastic ring that the "square profile rubber seal" sits on/in is removable....and behind it sits an O-ring....that was broken... replaced that oring and all is well. ________________________________________ the world is changed by people in sheds |
