i dont think there is one available. most of it is double skin from what i remember, cut off as much of the outer skin as you can and mould some sheet metal to fit in its place, i had to do this from par the way up the bulkhead to just before the gear stick. very time consuming. ________________________________________ 1997 blaze GTI-6 bought january '11 £800 Spend to date on parts £827.88 |

unlikely to need the whole lot, so just cut out the rot and weld in fresh metal, fabricate repair sections as required.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Rotten? it must have spent time at sea as most of it is galvanised and very corrosion-resistant compared to, say, old Golfs etc. Are there actual holes in it? ________________________________________ Cherry Rallye SOLD |

I'm with Mik here, struggling to see how the whole thing has gone rotten as Pug's usually rust from the inside out not the other way round. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Thanks for the repliesI don't have any pics to hand. The sills are proper gone, someone has gone through them with a jack or something at some point. Under the rear passenger seat itis split, and the im not sure what you would call it but the box section the runs front to back is pretty corroded. If you cant get a whole floorpan what bits can i get? Who does sills? is there any other bits i can buy off the shelf to save fabrication? Ive got a good mate who going to weld it up for me but i want to save him as much hassel as possible really as its a favour. |

a cheaper, easier and neater way is to find another shell, plenty about and hardly ever seen one with any rust |

Yes using an original floor pan will make it so much easier than using plate steel due to original creases etc. Go to the scrappy get a worker to grind one out or use a wireless one yourself, any 306 should be the same.________________________________________ Pug fee`ver,Pick a Bogey, buy a Pug. also, when you said under the drivers seat its split, have you scraped off the underseal? as its quite thik and can look like rotton metal when it flakes, i thought my car was alot worse than it actually was.________________________________________ 1997 blaze GTI-6 bought january '11 £800 Spend to date on parts £827.88 |

If you think replacing an entire floor pan is less work than re-shelling you must be crazy |

I hope you realise the scale of work your emabarking on and the skill required to get this done anything like properly, good luck to you mate |
