Does anyone know any update firmware for standard ECU?

If it does, where can I get this after ECU reset? Wink

go to peugeot and get it plugged in, or buy a interface with Lexia3/PP2000 and do it yourself

But why do you want to do this?

you cant update them your self with pp2000. its the only thing you cant do as the updates come direct from the pug servers in france so you need proper dealership login codes.

I cant update it at my own pp2000 as Niall said.

Just want to know any advantage or info from firmware update.

yup steer clear of any sort of updates on PP2000. If your not careful, it will lock the software.
on newer pugs there is also sometimes the option to request assistance from peugeot on diag. Dont do it because it will try and connect the car to the peugeot servers and some boffin in france will see your using an illegal copy.

normally they only release firmware updates if there is running issues. they did one on the 1.8 in early 2001 but im not aware of any on the gti
