To be honest, either keep an eye out on eBay although it may take some time before something like this comes up, or consider getting it welded. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Where is it cracked, from the exhaust wheel to the wastegate flap itself?Smaller T25s used to do this all the time, and never caused issue. ________________________________________ I'm Si btwNight Blue VW Golf GTD Bianca LBSC Rallye - Track/Road Slag Project Thread Sparkling Silver Mini Cooper D - Super Dooper - (The other half's wheels) |

Only viewing in my phone, but looks like a typical crack from that era of turbo but has gone further than any I've seen. Meg, I'd run it. bits will only fly down your exhaust as my mates did. ________________________________________ I'm Si btwNight Blue VW Golf GTD Bianca LBSC Rallye - Track/Road Slag Project Thread Sparkling Silver Mini Cooper D - Super Dooper - (The other half's wheels) |

not seen many pics of them so don't know entirely what is variable on them, I thought it was the intake side i.e compressor that had the variableness________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

no,its done on the exhaust side, basically you've got a second actuator that controls the 'tongue'inside the turbine housing, its also used for an overboost function. as said above, at low speed the tongue moves away from the turbine to speed up gas flow hence aiding response |
