Just a quick thank you thread to DAVEYBOY. This guy repaired my f**ked engine mount the other day and i have to say this guy has got some serious skills! Anyone who already doesn't know this guy turns welding in to art.

The gear change feels so much different now the engine doesn't feel as if its about to leave the engine bay. So all round a pretty good day as the 6 passed her 15th MOT that morning to Smile

Once again thanks mate was nice to meet/chat to you Thumbs up

Think I might need this doing on mine. On quicker launches (had it every run at Pugfest) was horrible trying to change from first to second, and it seems the engine is moving about a fair bit.

Shame he is miles away Sad

He is 99 miles from me but its well worth it, I went down early to miss the traffic and found a nandos Smile watched him mould the shape of the metal cup that sits in the chassis leg was a very skilled process Yes

Feels so much better now there's no jolt. It use to clonk every to the throttle was applied or even when you back off the throttle. Quick gear changes are also improved. All I need to do now is replace the lower mount as the top mount being f**ked weakened the bottom one.
