I'd say try and find one "local" to you if you can - although you'll spend more on fuel collecting it than you would do on postage, you can at least check its condition before you buy it.

Depends on what kinda nick you're looking at getting the car back into tbh - if you want it spotless, you'll struggle. If you want something that's in one piece, it'll be a fair bit easier.

Jesus I forgot this thread was about a car seeing as it seems to be full of blokes chasing lesbians who don't like blokes!

That car looks a wreck! Interested to see the salvation on this one. Fixer-upper or track slag or what?

I know, the irony of the girls who aren't interested getting far more attention than the ones who are* Doh

*And by "are", I do at least mean "there's a chance in biological hell". I am not implying that because a girl is straight that she immediately runs towards the men discussing which tyres are best in which conditions. My experience has shown this is not the case.

depending how much you want to spend, a front bumper is only about £100 from a panel suppliers but that obviously only comes in primer. If your good with a rattle can, you could spray it your self for about 30-40 quid

She is gonna be a fixer upper and my other half will b driving her. I've got a good condition bumper sorted for £85 delivered. It just seems difficult to find a black 306 round my way. Plenty blaze and Diablo. Trying to keep the fixing costs to a minimum as not reall wanna spend over 1.5k buyin her and fixing her up lol

Spending 1.5k on a car that's already done is great but I end up ripping them apart and building them how I want them anyway. So spending that amount to spend it again is silly. So it made more sense to me and it will be more satisfying for me to spend £140 on a car an then spend the 1.5k on it doing it up. Hope that makes sense Smile

Welcome along mate, looks like you will be busy.

Burnside Motors in Leven or You-Pull-It in Inverkeithing might be useful for parts.
