Was simple enough to make, think it was 2mm thick lexan. I just got some thin card and cut that to shape, then used that as a template for the lexan, cut that with a jigsaw cutter, fettled it so it was a decent fit then stuck the vinyl on. I drilled the holes in the lexan before the vinyl and used a scalpel to go round the holes carefully afterwards. I was going to try real carbon but decided that it was un-necessarily expensive to do and i'm not sure whether i'll keep the dash for too much longer anyway. ________________________________________ Goldie the track car. |
