2.0 16v xsi = bosch
2.0 16v gti = weber IW204

The weber have a higher flow @ 3 bar, and the weber is more expensive that's for sure....

in that case its likely the IW204 flows more, they are well known to be very good injectors.

but why ask about XSi? has he got one?

I found the part number but no flow data

XSI = 200 cc/min @ 3 bar
GTI = 265 cc/min @ 3 bar

I've got Siemens 660cc injectors in mine running at 5 bar! Shock

I thought super highs were 4 bar? I.e

I believe I used a 3 bar on my high boost and was also running 570cc injectors at that point. Yes

I think Lynx tried using standard injectors at first for the low boost conversions. Yes

They got to around 240bhp before they were running at 100% duty cycle, flat out.

on the topic of injectors how many holes are supposed to be in the bottom of them 2 or 4 ???

On standard injectors I believe they have 2 holes, it's a long time since I looked at a set. Smile

im guessing theyd make the car faster more fuel n all or am a wrong would it cause more damage than good ?

You can't just add larger flow injectors. LOL

It will affect the fuel map and the way the car drives, it will need a complete management setup change. Yes
