any one know how i can inprove the quality of my heaters ? they seem to be a bit on the cool side would it have something to do with the nissens rad i put on ?

probably air in the system, try bleeding it again

is there 2 bleed nipples caise i can only seem to find 1

one on the top passenger side corner of the radiator, one on the thermostat housing, one at the back of the heater matrix hoses which looks like a cog and unscrews

(well, on my radiator anyway, which is a standard Ordonez one)

Yeah when they are working the are almost TOO warm imo.
I barely use the Red area on mine

As above, when the system is bled properly the heaters are very efficient indeed. Yes

replace the thermostat, and the heater matrix.

oh and make sure the heater pipes are actually connected, I know a guy that bought a diesel 306 and wondered why the heaters didn't work...

connected them up and coolant p**sed out in the cabin Laugh my ass off
