Is the rallye aux pulley held on with the usual m8 bolt or some crazy American size any one know?

haha thought it was a bizzare unf thread size but it was simply just a 12 year old rusty thread which has now been cleaned out with a tap just thought it would be my luck as im fitting rallye aux setup

This is always the problem when you fit the Rallye aux setup to a '6', the hole you need to screw into has sat with no bolt in it for as long as the car is old. Wink

yes mate i had exactly that problem but the way how the bolt stopped i thought in a panic the thread was some fine thread like a unf but i found my old trusty m8 tap n cleaned it up all fitted now even fitted my solid lower mount aswell had a good day got a small rocker leak to tomorrow and fit new upper doughnut mount and maybe quick oil change and shes good again Wink
