0127 28 - flywheel end crank seal (18.47)
0326 22 - crank pulley end crank seal (14.00ish)

If It makes you feel better I paid 94 quid for the top engine mount, buffers and a nut the other day....

I replaced my flywheel seal the other month
didnt even look damaged Sad

preventative maintenance mate I like it nothing wrong with that if you already had access to it I think I would maby a thrust bearing aswell for good measure Thumbs up

The thrust bearing on our cars is part of the clutch pressure plate as the '6' uses a pull clutch. Yes
