Well its another one of them threads again
items not sent by forum member,i dont really want to post this up but hes left me no choice seeing as he doesnt reply to pms or texts

this is the item i payed for
http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=150536
I sent him a pm about it. Asking is it £45 posted,Hes relpy was I misinterpreted the delivery cost, it would be 50 delivered.
So fair anuff i said i have,I had to pay by bank transfer cous he didnt have the bank linked to hes paypal account.
So i payed on the 4th sept and i sent my postal address to him.He said he post it next day

A week goes by and still no part so i sent a pm asking wot day he posted it out
hes reply was.He didnt post it out til sat 8th sept and he find the tracking number out

So a few days go bye and i send another pm asking for the tracking number which hes reply was that he hasnt got a tracking number but he chase it up at the post office

On the 17th sept nearly 2 weeks after i payed of said item i sent a pm saying i still havent got the item
the reply i got is well bulls**t

hi mate
sorry I've been away on business with work.
I got my other half to go find out. we've put a claim in for the item and won, to say sorry I've ordered you a new one from DT which will be at my house today do will be posted out tomorrow by recorded delivery with a tracking number.
hopefully this makes up for the s**t they've put me through.
give me your number and I'll text you the tracking number

so after that reply i know some thing was up

2 days later on the 19th sept i send another pm asking if item turned up and have you got a tracking number
he repledy with item turned up this afternoon he opened it up and test fitted to make sure it fitted and would post it out next day and text me tracking number

A week later on the 26th sept i sent a text asking were this item was and did he have a tracking number,Reply was he sent it out last wed and doesnt have number to hand cous he didnt post it

Its now the 1th of oct,Ive still got no item, no tracking number,no reply to pms or text,no refund which i asked for on friday
so wot would you do i am £50 quid out of pocket and in my eyes ive done nothing wrong
sorry for the long post had to get it off my chest

If it was sent via royal mail he wouldn't of got an answer on it going missing yet!!

They take at least a few days and you can't claim for 21 days I think it is after the item was posted!!!

Seller is certainly taking the p**s

I also don't understand how you could have misinterpreted the price. It clearly says £45 posted!

Emailed any of the Admin staff yet?

Reading through that thread looks like a few people actually know him, you'd think it'd get sorted pretty quickly..

In his text to matt_rallye he mentions it shows as delivered, has he now provided the tracking number then?

May save some other members similar hassle...
