as above,just fitted my rallye set up today (not a bad job then i thought it was guna be) and was wondering how every one whos witched over has managed to get there air con pump out?

4 bolts - undo them and it comes off ?

16 mm I think

2 of them are a bit of a pain to get to, the top 2 iirc but it's an easy enough job.

That's what I'm having trouble with as got the bottom ones off just a pain to get the top ones off,any one have any tips or guide on how you got the top bolts out

Just patience and small movements with the spanner. Yes

You'll get there but, yes they are a bit of a PITA. Wink

It is a lot easier to get them off if the front of the car isn't in place, but it's a bit overkill if you remove the front end just for that purpose. LOL

You'll do it, it may help if you manage to obtain a shorter 16mm spanner than standard then you will have more room to move it once located on the bolts. Yes

Like a stumpy 16mm spanner yeah?,was thinking of takin front end off as wanted to do abit of restoration work on the front end

I've only got the air con pump as I had a front ender an the rad got damaged,all the pipes are ok ,what you after?
