Looked through all the posts on this and found that the posted Ebay links are dead. I can't find one on there but then I am not confident in what I'm looking for Unsure. Could someone link me to the right one if it's there please, or is Peugeot the best bet?

What are you after? you actually after the roller and tensioner itself to remove the Aircon?

Ah more information, well from this picture, stolen from gman hope he doesn't mind Whistle , I have the roller on the left but not the tensioner on the right.



I have found what I think I am looking for at Eurocar parts, this one???????

Best get your self an 8mm tap and die as the roller bolt holes will need cleaning out ? Be warned the bolts snap easily if you don't clean out the holes? The old auto tensioner doesn't use the same bolt holes hence why they get full of sh1t Thumbs up

Cheers for the heads up I will run an M8 through them. Hopefully by the weekend I will be aircon free for the next trackday Smile

Funny enough you mention this, had to drill out my bolt and retap it the other week on the tensioner. LOL

Same here lol, left part of one of the extractors in my engine still lol. Gave up in the end!
Thankfully it wasn't anything majorly important.
