Hey guys!
I'm looking for a pinout diag for my phase 2 gti6, to aide in making a patch harness for a Haltech ECU..

So far, i've found this one in a service guide someone's put together. However it shows it being for the Motronic ecu.

Are they the same apart from the different ecu? If so, does anyone have a diag just like this but obviously for Ph2?

Cheers guys!

Yeap, as I said at the top of the post about it being the Bosch one..

I'm wondering if someone has the same style of drawing for a Ph2 GTI6 as I can only find the autodata ones so far..

Ease up lads Smile

The original post asked if there was a similar style line drawing of the 1AP ecu, that's all.

The only copy I have found of the autodata one is quite difficult to read wire numbers/colours/sensor info off and when printed are even worse. Hence my asking.

FWIW I'm an auto electrician and work in the mining industry, so I shouldn't struggle.. I simply wanted something a little bit clearer to read than what I could find.

Cool?

This diagram is great but can anyone tell me how you tell what number the connections are on the ECU - I cant seem to find any markings on mine.

They are stamped into the plug very very small. You need to take the black cover with the metal clip off though IIRC which is a tiny little torx screw and lots of brute force.
