Thanks in advance.

I'm hoping someone can help. The car is a 306 Rallye and the head gasket went. The head has now been skimmed, but as it has pt81 cams in I am trying to get a repair gasket for it as I believe it's 0.2mm thicker. I've tried the search button and I can find a repair gasket mentioned but no part number. Peugeot tell me there isn't a repair gasket listed for the engine. Somewhere I found a part number 209V4 but Peugeot tell me that is for the 1.8. Is this the right one??On another note, when replacing the cams, should I use Graphogen on them?? Thanks in advance. |

Graphogen is a must really. ![]() As for the repair gasket, Rich_W on here does sell them I believe, also Peugeot themselves should still sell them. I'm sure Welshpug had the part number not so long ago... ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

0209 T9, 1.4mm (+0.2.) £44.V4 is indeed an XU7 repair gasket, so 83mm bore. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Probably because its not on servicebox for the rfs engine in a 306 or xsara, it is for the zx with the rfs lump and any rfv engine.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

How strange, you would think they would have it listed for all vehicles fitted with the RFS engine.________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Just got the gasket today. Very quick once I told them what I wanted. Just a quick query. The repair gasket isn't multi layer steel. Does this matter??? And I am presuming the torque settings are the same. |
