can anyone tell me where the abs relay is??

welshpug mentioned it in another thread of mine,

but i cant find any information on where it is, im assuming its in the underbonnet fuse box?

also while im here,

when checking the resistance of the abs sensors, do i have to spin the wheel??

Its in the abs unit under the cover, no need to turn the wheels.

this is why i asked about the wheels, as one of my friends says says i have to spin the wheels, and the other says i dont lol.

no, a simple resistance check will suffice, let the abs ecu do the rest Smile

You don't need to spin the wheels to take a resistance test on the sensors. How would you be able to test a sensor for serviceability if it was removed from the car otherwise?

You can also test them by setting your multimeter to AC voltage and spinning the wheel or if the sensor is out of the car, just waving it over something metal like a spanner. Should get a varying voltage.
