It's listed on Servicebox as an AC / non-AC distinction both on Peugeot and Citroen models.

On AC models the stop light has a control feed from the fan controller, taking into account inputs from the brown coolant sensor and the AC pressure switch.

As non-AC models don't have this, maybe that's why they need a second feed?

So Rallyes will have the 2 pin sensor,and Gti6's with AC will have the single pin sensor?

mmm mines a gti6 use to have air con but cars been striped , and i have 2 pin sensor.. strange

My '6' used to have AC before I charged it, pretty sure it's a 2-pin sensor as well. Yes

so saying rallyes just came with 2 pin is not true , i would say later models went to 2 pin ?


better earth ?

so 1 pin dont have stop light ? thought all 6s n rallyes came with stop light

I haven't seen any 6/Rallye that has the 'lighter' shade of blue sensor fitted. No

Which means all the ones I've seen in my time (A LOT) all have the darker shaded 2-pin...Hmm

And yet, as Rich says the 1-pin IS listed for our cars...Confused
