Did a remap and dyno test yesterday. The resaults 141hp @7415rpm and 153nm @5317rpm @ the wheels on a Mustang dynamometer.
Specs. 2.0mi16, 42mm bike boddies , 11.1 comp , 264deg 9.6 lift cams and #2 exhaust pulley and #3 inlet pulley.
Std cast exhaust manifold , cat and std.exhaust but 2.5" rear muffler.

Dont know if its good bad.
What would 141@wheels be on the fly?

got any pics? if a twin roller some of these exaggerate the losses, so 170 would be a fair guess though I'd expect more tbh, any pics of the setup?

Can try to post the graphs and pics later today.
Here in Norway the Powerdyne Mustang dynamometer always show lower bhp than other rollers.

I would look at getting an exhaust manifold off Miles as well. The Std ones aren't that good.

Yes l think the cast manifold can restrict some power. Maybe l take contact with Miles. Would be funny to test the car on the rollers with one of he s manifolds, to see if power/ torque goes up.

My standard engine s16 on 45mm webers with 38mm chokes made 143bhp at the wheels and was still climbing,as was the oil! The engine was low on compression like 130 on some cylinders, no cat and running on a 8v dizzy. Could have had more but the oil firing out of the breather was a bit messy!

My engine is fresh with good compression. Tomorrow l will advance the inlet cam from 111deg to 108deg.
