Quick question what does the et13 mean on wheel dimensions?

Would this size be suitable on the gti6?

I've seen alsorts ranging up to et37 etc

Thanks

It all depends on the width of the wheel aswell.

A pug et15 on a 6j wheel will be different to an et15 on a 7 or 8" wheel.

The ET is how far the center line of the wheel sticks out from the hub (or something to that effect)

Basically the lower the number the further the wheel sticks out.

Its measured in mm so providing the wheels are the same width an ET13 wheel will stick out 25mm further than an ET38 wheel.

The standard pug 306 offset id ET18

Ive got 16x7 ET15 TD pro races with 205/45R16 tyres and get absolutely no rubbing at standard height but am expecting to have to roll the arches a tiny bit and remove the liners when it gets lowered (im going -60mmF and -70mmR though)

If you are going to mount 205 40 on a 17x7,5 ET13 wheels, they will easily rubb at the rear end, near to the upper part of the bumper.

If you use a lowered 306, it will be even worse.
