just bought a set of brake disks for my '99' reg gti 6 and the bloke has got back to me asking this;

The part number you have ordered are 266mm diameter and overall height is 27.4mmWe ask this question as there are another set of discs for the car with 266mm diameter but the overall height (the huCool is larger at 34.2mm

does anyone know if i have ordered the correct part?

That sounds big I thought they were like 247mm?

Off the top of my head as well Razz
Yeah rears are 247mm.
Sounds like they have given you hdi/s16 fronts?

You don't want either of the discs your seller is talking about.

As linked to above, it's the 247x8 discs you need.
