As per title. engine has not turned for a couple of years what's best for it. full service fluid flush cambelt water pump tensioner.

up to you, you can just start it with fresh oil or just turn it over a few times by hand / start it without coilpacks plugged in for a few turns, then start as normal

i had my s16 engine out of the car for about 6 months and did the above before running it first time

whip the plugs out, spin it on the starter till the oil light goes out.

Then once you've got the engine up to temp, switch it off, drain all fluids and change filters. Refill fluids and do a belt change. Yes

Squirt a little oil down each bore after you remove the pulgs and before you spin it over, even duck oil or WD40 helps, just don't flood it with the stuff, a one second burst from an aerosol is good enough.
