as stated above. any ideas guys? where does the earth wire lead to? could it be wires touching or bad earth could just need a clean??

the spade connector actually glows sometimes... iv put copper grease over it to slow it down bt need to resolve...

Have you checked the condition of the other earths?

Sounds like the other Earths are not doing their job correctly and this Earthing point is doing too much as a result.

Remove and clean all earthing points in the engine bay, then refit and tighten. Smile

You will find an Earth on the inner nearside wing just in front of the battery box, and one on top of the gearbox. Yes

Look at these two first...

Have you checked the wiring in the headlight ?

Also check the plugs and connections on the outside of the light Thumbs up

yeah, id be checking the connections on the headlights. if the connection is loose it can cause this to happen
