There is a difference based on when car was made.

If you have a phase 2 car you need 6995X3 26p

If you have a phase 3 car you need 856540 20p

Mileage thread says 1999 so could be either. You referred to phase 2 so thought you had a phase 2 after providing the phase 3 part.

Simple question are the existing side stripes you need the clips for rounded and colour coded? If not it's phase 2 stripes.

The hole near the wing looks different to the rest of the holes, it's a small oblong where the others are a round hole, does that still take the same clip?

Pretty sure I've read on here you need to use tiger seal/PU adhesive on part of the wing trim, could be wrong though!Dunno

Just to confirm there should be a small 'L' shaped piece of plastic on the door trims, which goes into the oblong hole first before clipping trim to door, you put this in then slide the door trim backwards before pushing clips inWink

So to remove the door trims correctly without snapping this offRoll eyes you need to start removing from the rear of door, then once the last clip is out of door slide the trim forwards to release the 'L' shaped piece of plasticThumbs up

You need door open to get it off without breaking itYes
