Hi all I have a pretty standard gti6 with a lightened flywheel, Its producing 136bhp.(pretty much what you'd expect I think)I'd like to increase by maybe another 20-30bhp, It also has a decat and performance air filter. Any suggestions on the best way to achieve this, cheers |

It should be 167 at the fly. So going off what you said at the moment your engine is like 158 a the fly? Its all a bit p**s in the wind thoughIf you wnat more NA power, then theres not much point faffing unless your going to get cams and potentially TB's as well. ________________________________________ Ex- Phase 3 China GTi-6 T-Reg |

Throttle bodies. And as for cams, depends which ones. once you hit 190 ish hp though it all starts to get a lot more expensive. Not like it wont be anyway. You'll need to spend about 1.5k to get at that level i'd have thought anyway. Basically, How much power do you want? ________________________________________ Ex- Phase 3 China GTi-6 T-Reg |

He says an extra 20-30bhp at the top. change the standard back box as all the good the air filtr and decat are doing are going to waste at the backbox as its not straight through.Plus some lairy cams and a remap should see about 20bhp but some slightly milder cams, remap and TB's will see the 30bhp perhaps slightly more ________________________________________ Team SUPERCHARGEDI LIVE FOR THE 306 Old Project thread Clicky: click here remove the space between [url = |
