Well Saturday morning leaving a multi-story car park a woman kindly drove straight into me and my 7 year old we're both fine, cosmetically the car doesn't look too bad, but it looks like my rear axle is bent.

they'll just offer you what its value is,.. and write it off
buy it back break it buy a cheap non runner 6 engine swap a loads of parts to sell/keep
it might be savable if the the frame isn't bent you can get the dent out a little better some body filler re-sprey and another rear axle but needs more investigation Smile

I've gone through the insurance and depending what it needs will buy it back if its written off.
My excess is quite high so I'm not letting the insurers touch it until liability is admitted from the 3rd party.

There is CCTV available if there is a dispute of fault so fingers crossed it will be sorted quick enough
